Soe Hok Gie adalah salah seorang aktivis Indonesia dan mahasiswa Fakultas Sastra Universitas Indonesia Jurusan Sejarah tahun 1962–1969. Ia adalah seorang anak muda yang berpendirian yang teguh dalam memegang prinsipnya dan rajin mendokumentasikan
perjalanan hidupnya dalam buku harian.

Di Bawah Lentera Merah adalah buku karangan Soe Hok Gie yang menarasikan satu periode krusial dalam sejarah Indonesia yaitu ketika benih-benih gagasan kebangsaan mulai disemaikan, antara lain lewat upaya berorganisasi.

Dalam buku ini Soe Hok Gie juga mengajak kita menelusuri kembali jejak-jejak pergerakan indonesia pada era 1917-1920-an dan lewat buku ini juga Soe Hok gie mencoba menyalakan lentera merah perjuangan pergerakan indonesia dan mengajak kita mencermati bagaimana para tokoh pergerakan tradisionalis indonesia mencoba menyikapi perubahan pada abad ke-20.

Biografi Miyamoto Musashi

Miyamoto Musashi, adalah seorang ahli pedang atau samurai dan ronin (samurai tak bertuan) yang sangat terkenal pada abad pertengahan di Jepang. Ia diperkirakan lahir pada sekitar tahun 1584 dan meninggal tahun 1645. Bertarung dan membunuh musuhnya pertamakali pada usia 13 tahun dan berlanjut sampai ia terkenal sebagi seorang samurai yang tidak terkalahkan di Jepang. Konon Musashi pernah bertempur melawan sekitar 50 samurai, dan pertempuran tersebut dimenangkan oleh Miyamoto Musashi dengan teknik dua pedangnya. Hingga saat ini, bekas pertempuran Musashi di Ichijoji dijadikan monumen oleh masyarakat Jepang.

Di masa penyepian mencari jati dir di gua Reigendo, ia menulis Go Rin No Sho, atau Buku Lima Cincin/Lima Unsur. Buku ini adalah buku seni perang yang berisi strategi perang dan metode duel. Namun oleh peneliti barat, buku ini dianggap rujukan untuk mengenal kejiwaan dan pola berpikir masyarakat Jepang. Buku ini menjadi klasik dan dijadikan rujukan oleh para siswa Kendo di Jepang. Musashi dianggap sedemikian hebatnya sehingga di Jepang ia dikenal dengan sebutan Kensei, yang berarti Dewa Pedang.

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is the global body for professional accountants. Paper F3 concentrates on the basics of financial accounting. The examiner has reviewed the study text, which concentrates on the key areas of the syllabus and takes account of the examiners guidance on how topics will be examined. It includes a step-by-step approach to topics that students may find difficult, such as control account reconciliations and suspense accounts. Each chapter begins with a discussion of the "facts of life" for the problem, mainly by means of examples. Numerical methods for the problem are then developed, but only those methods most widely used. The treatment of each method is brief and technical issues are minimized, but all the issues important in practice and for understaning the codes are discussed. The last part of each chapter is a tutorial that shows how to solve problems by means of small, but realistic, examples.
